Apple Hill\u2019s annual Farm to Fork Dinner returns on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM, and this year\u2019s celebration promises to be more delicious and memorable than ever.<\/p>\n

Set beneath the golden light of a Sierra summer evening, guests will begin the night with a relaxed cocktail hour featuring wines from the Apple Hill Growers. Sip and stroll through a scenic setting while enjoying conversations with friends and farmers alike. As the sun dips behind the trees, you\u2019ll take your seat for a thoughtfully curated family-style dinner catered by Chef Russ Landers of The Hidden Table, spotlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms. Expect a stunning showcase of local produce\u2014ripe tomatoes, just-picked greens, stone fruit, and more\u2014all prepared with the creative flair Chef Russ is known for.<\/p>\n

As the meal winds down, the sweet celebration begins. Our Dessert Smorgasbord is a nod to the Apple Hill Growers Association\u2019s roots, bringing together the incredible talents of local bakeshops. Expect berry-forward desserts, rich pies, sweet pastries, and dessert wines\u2014a truly indulgent way to honor the incredible baking traditions that Apple Hill is known for. Adding to the joy, local favorite Patrick Walsh will fill the evening air with live music, creating the perfect ambiance for a relaxed and meaningful gathering.<\/p>\n

To round out the evening, don\u2019t miss the exciting raffle featuring prizes from local businesses and Apple Hill farms\u2014including curated wine collections, handcrafted goods, and gourmet gift baskets. Every guest will also take home a swag bag filled with goodies from Apple Hill Growers and event sponsors, as a special thank-you for supporting our farming community. Proceeds from the Farm to Fork Dinner support local nonprofits, making this event a true community tradition that gives back in a big way.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s event will take place at the beautiful Edio Vineyards<\/a> and Delfino Farms<\/a>, offering a perfect backdrop for this summer celebration.<\/p>\n
